Based on the "Instinctive Reading Distance" concept (from near contact to over 20cm) the Heron provides direct visual feedback to the user letting them know the quality of every scan.

Datalogic started in the United States in 1982 as Datalogic Optic Electronics and later became Datalogic Inc. The Datalogic Heron is also known as the Datalogic Heron Series.
